WUAF-LP is the product of the vision of Pastors Anthony and Minnie Gomes. The vision began in 2002 in Lake City, Florida when Pastors Anthony and Minnie purchase block time on Sundays on local radio stations to play Gospel music. In 2003 Angel Ministries was created to minister to the community through media outreach. Continuing over the years with Sunday Gospel and later expending to Wednesday broadcast, in 2009 the first full time Gospel station was born broadcasting on 1610 low power AM.

On August 21, 2012 the FCC approved the license transfer to Angel Ministries of Lake City for 107.9 FM. On that date Lake City was blessed to have its own 24 hour non-stop gospel music and ministry station. The station is known as Deliverance Radio, 107.9 FM, the Angel Radio Network. On 107.9 you will not hear Rock, Rap or R & B you just hear 24 hours of GOD. The station is now heard by thousands of people in 56 nations through its App at Angel Radio Network and the internet at www.AngelRadioNetwork.net.
